Foreword from our Patron, Huw Edwards

“I am delighted to be able to support the All Saints' Festival, especially when two such worthy causes will benefit. We are all aware of the exceptional work undertaken on both local and national levels by Cancer Research UK. Giving generously to this festival will help ensure that Cancer Research UK can continue their fantastic work - both researching the causes and cures of cancer and also caring for those affected by the illness.

Secondly, it is fitting that a festival such as this should also benefit All Saints' historic three-manual Compton organ. This marvellous instrument, which has been the anchor of so much music-making for nearly 70 years, is in desperate need of rebuilding. It requires skilful handling to make this 'king of instruments' co-operate, and I hope that enough money can be raised to ensure it can continue to support music and worship for many years to come”.
